This is a can of three yellow Head Padel Pro balls, article number 575613. They are made for padel, the doubles racket game played on an enclosed court with glass walls, and suit regular matches as well as training sessions. One can is enough for a game of four players, with the balls shared between serves.
Who these balls suit
Padel balls lose their bounce over time, and playing with flat balls makes the game slower and less fun. A fresh can is useful whenever you book a court and want consistent rallies, and it is the standard thing to bring if it is your turn to supply the balls. If you play several times a week, it makes sense to keep a can or two in your bag so you are never left with worn balls.
New balls for matches, older balls for drills
A simple way to get more out of every can:
- Open a new can for matches, when consistent bounce matters most.
- Move the balls to training once they feel slightly slower. They are still fine for volleys, bandejas and wall exercises.
- For a 10-minute drill, stand at the net with a partner and volley back and forth with soft, controlled touches, then switch to lobs from the back of the court.
When the bounce becomes flat or uneven, retire the balls completely, since they no longer give useful feedback.
What to look for in padel balls
Padel balls differ mainly in speed and durability. Some models are designed for a faster, livelier game, others for control or for long life in training and at clubs. Make sure you buy balls made for padel rather than tennis, check that all balls in a can bounce evenly when you open it, and stick with one model for a while so you get used to how it plays. Your racket matters too: a control racket and a fast ball can be a good balance.
Storage and lifespan
Keep unopened cans at room temperature and away from direct sun or a hot car. Once a can is opened, the balls slowly lose pressure, whether you play with them or not, so it is best to open cans close to when you plan to use them. Close the lid after play to keep the balls clean and together in your bag.

FAQ
Can I use padel balls for tennis, or tennis balls for padel?
It is better not to. Padel balls look similar but are made with lower internal pressure for the enclosed padel court, so they bounce less than tennis balls. Use each ball for its own sport.
How long does a can of padel balls last?
It depends on how often and how hard you play. Replace the balls when the bounce feels flat or when one ball plays noticeably differently from the others.
Is this the Head Padel Pro+?
No. This can is the Head Padel Pro with article number 575613. The Padel Pro+ and Pro S+ are separate, newer models.
