Hosting and server log files

This website runs on a server of STRATO GmbH (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany) in a data centre in Germany. When you visit it, the web server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) in log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Delivery via Cloudflare

The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which makes it load faster and protects it against attacks. Every request passes through Cloudflare servers, which process the technically necessary data (IP address, requested page, browser, time). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (fast and secure delivery). Data may also be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Cookies, tracking and third-party services

This website sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. What we count in the shop is described in the next section.

Shop

In the "Shop" section we show sports gear with prices. All items are currently unavailable and nothing can be ordered there. To find out which products people want, we count how often a product page is viewed and how often the "Not available" button is tapped. In these two cases your browser sends a short request to our server. Like every page request, it passes through Cloudflare and our web server (see above). For the count, however, we only keep the product, the language, the type of event (view or tap), the time and whether the request came from a known bot. We do not store your IP address or browser there. No cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (finding out which products are in demand). We delete the count data after 24 months at the latest.

Online tools

All tools run entirely in your browser. Your input is not sent to our server and is not stored.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
